As Senate Majority Leader, Mitch McConnell confirmed seven right-wing federal judges the American Bar Association rated as “not qualified.”

Now, McConnell just told a conservative talk radio host that it’s “highly unlikely” he would allow President Biden to fill a Supreme Court vacancy if he becomes Majority Leader. He called denying Merrick Garland a confirmation hearing “the single most consequential thing I’ve done in my time as Majority Leader of the Senate.”

If McConnell takes back Senate control, the right to vote, organize a union, get an abortion, be protected from discrimination, and so much more will be put at risk. We can’t allow Senate Republicans to take back the majority.
