We have some good news and some not-so-good news, John.
First, the not-so-good news. Today is the final day of our mid-month fundraising campaign and we’re still $1,632 away from our goal with less than 12 hours left to go. If we don’t reach this mid-month goal, we’ll have to readjust our plans and fundraising goals for the rest of the month—which will impact our goal to elect progressives everywhere in 2022.
Now for the good news. We went back to our supporter records and pulled the ZIP codes of where our most engaged supporters are located. We did the math, and if just two people from each of these ZIP codes—including xxxxxx!—chipped in our average donation for the month ($13.39), we’ll hit our goal in no time.
Now, not everyone who reads this email is going to give. And not everyone who does give will be able to chip in $13.39. Others may even chip in more than our average gift.
But on average, our math says that if two people from each ZIP code on our list—including xxxxxx—chip in about $13.39 each, we’ll be in fighting shape.
