Tomorrow is our last chance to reach our mid-month fundraising goal before we start preparing for our end-of-quarter push at the end of June. Meaning, if we want to ensure strong fundraising numbers before the EOQ Federal Election Commission deadline, we'll need all hands on deck.
Right now, we're still $1,023 away from that $10,000 email fundraising goal, so we're going to need a massive grassroots push to help get us back on track to keep pace with our movement's momentum.
Filing strong quarterly fundraising numbers at the end of this month is just another way we can demonstrate how successful Jamaal's term in Congress has been thus far.
We have an opportunity to show everyone how powerful a grassroots-supported lawmaker can truly be — especially as we're up against the entrenched status quo and political establishment who work overtime to silence our progressive message.
Our opponents will make assumptions about the strength of our campaign and movement on our fundraising. If they see that Jamaal isn't receiving as much support as they originally thought, they'll pour even more money into attacking and undermining Jamaal and our movement.
So, it's up to us to have Jamaal's back and ensure our fundraising is stronger than ever right now. And because our progressive movement is sustained by individual supporters like you, we're going to need all the support we can get to make sure our fundraising can keep pace with our plans for the future.
