This week, Council Member Joyce Sheperd will introduce a bill to lease 381 acres of city-owned land to the Atlanta Police Foundaiton, for the purpose of constructing a massive, privately funded police training academy. The last thing APD needs is more tools and resources to harass Atlanta residents. Use the script below to call the Finance Commiteee Tuesday June 15 between 4:00-7:00 PM and say NO to the leasing of land and construction of cop city!
