Team--
Louis DeJoy -- Trump's handpicked Postmaster General who serves in that role to this day -- is the subject of a new lawsuit that proves even further how unfit he is for any job in the Biden administration.
DeJoy is reportedly being investigated for coercing employees at his former business into giving political contributions and then reimbusing them through bonuses -- a clear violation of federal election law.
It's very in character for DeJoy, who earned his current position at the USPS due to major donations to Trump's campaign. In his role as Postmaster General, DeJoy has done his best to destroy the USPS, ripping processing equipment out of post offices and slowing down delivery during the final weeks of the 2020 election when mail-in ballots were on tight deadlines.
Unbelievably, DeJoy still has his job. President Biden can't fire DeJoy -- that decision is up to the USPS Board of Governors. But he can appoint a new slate of governors who would do such a thing immediately.
DeJoy has proven to be corrupt, self-serving, and potentially a criminal. We need to make sure Biden and the USPS Board of Governors know how committed supporters like you are feeling about this -- please, tell us now:
Should Louis DeJoy be fired immediately?
