Team: Did you see the news about the massive amount of money Trump raised? It's not good:

CNBC: Trump, RNC blow away top Dems with $125 million fundraising haul in the third quarter

That is more money than any Presidential campaign has EVER raised at this point, and it's $50 MILLION MORE than President Obama and the DNC raised in the third quarter of 2011.

That can feel overwhelming, but don't be discouraged. Trump has his extreme special interest groups and rich friends that can write BIG checks.

We have something much more powerful: You.

Time and again it has looked like Democrats are going to be overwhelmed by the deep pockets of Republican donors. And every time we have been able to fight back because grassroots supporters like stepped up to chip in $5, $25, $50 bucks at a time.

Now, as we move closer to a generation-defining election, we must ask you to step up again to keep Democrats competitive with Trump's money machine.

We don't need to match Trump's huge fundraising numbers, but we do need to hit our own goals in order to help Democrats win elections up and down the ballot. To stay on track today, we need to bring in 137 more donations, and we won't get there without you. Will you step up for Democrats and chip in $1 right now to help us take on Trump?
