Judges overturning election results
The voter suppression legislation Texas Republicans tried to jam through (and still might) would, among other horrific provisions, allow a judge to overturn an election result simply if a challenger claimed that fraudulent votes made a difference -- without any proof!
Admissions of cheating from the Texas attorney general
And on top of that, the Texas attorney general admitted that Trump would have lost the state in 2020 if he hadn't blocked mail-in ballot applications from being sent out. Can you believe that?
Fraudulent "recounts"
In Arizona, Senate Republicans are persisting in a fraudulent and flawed "recount" of the 2020 ballots. A.G. Holder called it a “fraudit” that “will do long-term damage to our democracy if it raises in the minds of people in this country doubts about the effectiveness and the integrity of our electoral system."
The bottom line is it's no longer just voter suppression: It's now an attempt by the GOP to undermine our entire democratic system across the country. And we're running out of time to stop them.
