We just got our hands on a new report -- given to The New York Times -- that assesses what Democrats did right and wrong in the 2020 election. We'd love to get your take on what you agree with.

Here's the main finding: Democrats need to have authentic conversations about economic issues with voters year-round, instead of right before the election.

One thing's for certain: If we're going to counter the Republicans' push for the majority -- we're going to have to get a TON of people engaged and out to the polls next year.

We're still developing our plan on how to do it, which is why we're asking:
