Michigan is a swing state -- Joe Biden won our state by three points -- and this race is going to be close. The Republican Governors Association and the DeVoses know that too, and that's why they’re going to do everything they can to flip this seat red.

From candidates like Garrett Soldano, a notorious COVID-19 denier, to Tudor Dixon, who entered this race with a string of far-right credentials, we’re in for a tough fight against extreme candidates.

And while these GOP candidates are going on media blitzes, Governor Whitmer has been moving confidently forward to get working Michiganders back at their jobs and their children back in schools.
