Facebook announced last week that they will likely reinstate Donald Trump on the platform after a two-year suspension -- a meager price to pay for inciting a deadly riot and attempted coup, if you ask us.

In the months since the January 6 insurrection, Donald Trump has continued to spew election lies and dangerous conspiracy theories. Just last week, he declared Pennsylvania lawmakers should overturn the state’s 2020 results. So, how can anyone say he won’t pick up right where he left off if he’s allowed back on Facebook?

By reinstating Trump, Facebook would be handing him back a megaphone for violent extremism, disinformation, hate, and discrimination.
