John,
We're proud to host two trainings on the monumental Supreme Court case, Bostock v. Clayton County, Georgia.
This 2020 case changed the face of LGBTQIA+ employment protections by verifying that the 1964 Civil Rights Act protects gay, lesbian, and transgender employees from discrimination based on sex. This Title VII and Sexual Orientation Training will also go over the basics of the Civil Rights Acts and all protections our LGBTQIA+ community has in the workplace.
Click the hyperlinks below to register for one of our two sessions and to learn how you can use new case law to enhance your allyship.
Title VII Protections for LGBTQIA+ Employees: June 16 from 6-8 PM EST
Title VII Protections for LGBTQIA+ Employees: June 22 from 7-9 PM EST
We hope you can join us for our great June programming! If you have any questions, please direct them to Acting Program Manager Jenny Pratt at [email protected].
In Solidarity,
Jeremy A. Lannan
National Vice President for Women’s and Fair Practices
