As you learn that children’s health is increasingly threatened, that medical freedom hangs in the balance and the First Amendment and democracy are under siege, you can stand with Children's Health Defense (CHD)! We are gaining ground in the battle to preserve children’s health, freedom and democracy. But we can’t do it without you.

Earlier this year, Mary Holland, CHD President and General Counsel, and attorney Greg Glaser stated that federal law prohibits employers from mandating Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) COVID vaccines. Now CHD has empowered millions of citizens to stand up for bodily autonomy with Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Dr. Meryl Nass, on behalf of CHD, filing a Citizen's Petition with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The petition asks the agency to immediately revoke the EUAs for COVID vaccines and to refrain from licensing them.

This paves the way for a lawsuit against the FDA similar to the kind of suit CHD brought against the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) for failing to update the wireless industry’s safety guidelines and ignoring the mountains of evidence of biological harm from wireless radiation. 

CHD is taking on the FDA on top of:

• Supporting lawsuits defending doctors who have provided medical exemptions from vaccines for medically fragile children.
• Suing New York City for EUA nasal swab COVID testing as a condition for in-person schooling.
• Suing cities that are allowing children to “consent” to COVID vaccines without parental knowledge. You read that right! Several cities, including Seattle, San Francisco, Philadelphia and Washington, DC are encouraging children to get vaccinated against COVID without parental consent.
• Suing for injuries and deaths from vaccines, including nine cases against Merck for its injurious HPV vaccine. 
• Suing Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg and their “fact-checkers” for colluding with the federal government to censor CHD and founder Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. in violation of the First Amendment and for unfair trade practices. 
• Taking legal action against the FCC to stop 5G antennas from being placed on private homes.
