As you may know, Congresswoman Betty McCollum introduced a bill in Congress to permanently protect the Boundary Waters! Support is growing in Washington, D.C. to permanently protect the 234,000 acres within the Superior National Forest from toxic sulfide-ore copper mining pollution but we still need more support. 

Thank you to the 40 House Representatives who have already signed on as cosponsors of the bill (H.R. 2794). Make sure your Rep is one of the lawmakers who supports protecting the Boundary Waters - email your Congressperson here and ask them to cosponsor Rep. McCollum’s bill today.
