In just a moment, I’m going to ask you to make a contribution toward our mid-month deadline. But first, I hope you will give me a chance to explain why this request is so important, especially today.

Every three months or so, our team creates a budget for the upcoming quarter and sets fundraising goals and deadlines to help us stay on track.

Wednesday night, we will close the books on our June mid-month deadline. The next morning, our team will huddle to see if we are on track to send a strong report to the Federal Election Commission at the end of this month.

This report will be made public, meaning that everyone from Mitch McConnell to Wisconsin Republicans will see how much we have raised and how many people chipped in.

Our work will be under close watch, and if Republicans think we look weak, you can bet they will throw the kitchen sink at us to flip Wisconsin red. With a critical Senate seat on the line here in Wisconsin, we can’t afford to come up short right now.

So I’m asking: Will you chip in before our mid-month deadline to help our team stay on track for the quarter? Anything you can give will allow us to build the resources to flip Wisconsin’s Senate seat in 2022 and protect our majority.
