Plant-based chefs finally on Hell's Kitchen
Hell's Kitchen will feature two plant-based chefs — Josie Clemens and Emily Hersh — for the first time ever. They will descend into the fiery pits of the culinary inferno that is season 20. Hersh and Clemens— vegetarian and vegan, respectively—will compete on the show against 16 other chefs in the season, titled “Young Guns.” The oldest chef out of 18 competitors is just 24 years old.
