woman noun, wom·an 1 an adult female person Friend, The Biden administration thinks that definition is offensive. In their $26 million funding request, the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) replaced every instance of the term "woman" with the term "birthing person." And when I questioned the OMB director about this change, she claimed it was necessary because "there are certain people who do not have gender identities that apply to female or male." I mean, what's next? Getting rid of the terms "Mom" and "Dad" because they might offend idiots who don't know the difference between a man in a dress and a woman? If the Democrats in D.C. get their way, soon the whole English language will be deemed sexist, racist or bigoted. Rather than focus on real issues Americans face, the Biden administration is changing terms to fit in with their own ideas. They changed the definition of "infrastructure" so that they could pack legislation with Liberal Pet projects. They called their multi-trillion dollar COVID bill "bipartisan" even though not a single Republican voted for it. These Washington Liberals will do anything to advance their agenda, including changing the meaning of words.
