We've long campaigned to close the gender pay gap and end unequal pay. P
ay discrimination devastates and damages the lives of women across the board. We're calling for testimonies to show government that urgent action is needed to tackle it.

We think it's important to centre the stories of women of colour who have experienced unequal pay. We value any testimonies that highlight the urgent need to tackle the cumulative discrimination of racism and sexism in the workplace.
There is help available. If you earn under 30k and think you are being paid less than a male colleague for doing the same job, or a job of a similar value please contact our Equal Pay Advice Service ([link removed][UNIQID]) , run in partnership with YESS Law.
