June is Pride Month. This year, it’s as important as ever that we recognize the progress that has been made for LGBTQ+ Americans, and the work that we still have to do to combat the discrimination that still exists in housing, the workplace, and public accommodations.

Members of the LGBTQ+ community deserve the same rights and equality under the law as all other Americans, and I’m fighting for them every day in Congress. Unfortunately, we still have a long way to go to ensure full protections and equality for the LGBTQ+ community.

I am a proud cosponsor of the Equality Act, which would ban discrimination based on sexual orientation, and am honored to have received the endorsement of the Human Rights Campaign. I helped pass this important legislation in the House earlier this year, but now we need it to get through the Senate before it can become law.

It’s more important than ever to have champions for LGBTQ+ rights in Congress. That’s why I’m asking you to chip in $5, $10, or whatever you can spare to support my reelection campaign.

I am so proud to support the vibrant and wonderful LGBTQ+ community in PA-07 and am excited to keep doing the work to bring full protections to our LGBTQ+ friends and neighbors.
