This summer, we celebrate the resilience of Black girls
We are so excited about re-opening our center for middle school girls this summer! While we have limited capacity, we will have unlimited fun with all that we have planned.
Camp Diva Leadership Academy's theme this year is “Bloom & Bounce Back” - a celebration of the resilience of Black girls. This summer, we will be filled with optimism, empathy, and creativity, focusing on supporting the well-being and wholeness of Black girls while encouraging them to tough things out and try new experiences. Here are some highlights.

This summer, Camp Diva has invited Black women leaders who create space and art to join us each week. Camp Diva participants will learn about their process, and why they believe it is important for Black people to be creators. Each week we will listen, learn, and take on a call to action to create various forms of art that express our feelings and experiences during the rise of the Black Lives Matter movement. Here's a sneak peak of our guests.

This year's closing ceremony will be at Brambly Park. We will celebrate all of the fun things we've done over the summer - Sunday Supper style - with a live band, food, awards, and a special keynote speaker: Erica Ash. Erica is an actress, comedian, singer, model, and the official Girls For A Change Celebrity Advocate!
