In West Virginia living rooms, two TV ads are at war. Whether Joe Manchin ultimately protects the filibuster or democracy could be determined by which ad West Virginia voters remember -- and act on -- the most.

CNBC reports that on one side, "the conservative Koch network is pressuring Manchin to oppose policies advocated by his fellow Democrats."

The ad on the other side is this one from our friends at End Citizens United / Let America vote -- and it's messaging speaks directly to West Virginia voters' top priorities in polls.
