We're about to find out, because we just won big in federal court. The court ordered the Biden State Department to turn over the document to the ACLJ – unredacted.

Today the Biden Administration is stunned, and it will very likely appeal this court order. Time is running out. They have 12 days to either give us the email or file an appeal. But we're prepared to take this all the way to the Supreme Court.
