Club For Growth Action Committed To Supporting Rep. Chabot

Club for Growth Action issued the following statement in response to rumors that Rep. Steve Chabot (OH-1) could be challenged in the upcoming primary.

“Steve Chabot is a principled conservative with a record of winning tough races, and Club for Growth Action will vigorously defend and support him to win and keep his seat,” said David McIntosh, Club for Growth Action President. “Ohio Republicans interested in serving in elected office should consider seats that will bring more pro-growth candidates to Congress rather than remove one of the best.”

Chabot has a 91% Lifetime rating on the Club for Growth Foundation Scorecard, and has been endorsed by Club for Growth PAC.

Club for Growth Action supports principled, pro-growth conservatives in key elections across the country. In 2018, Club for Growth Action won 14 of 17 races on Election Day while maintaining 8.9% overhead.
