This Pride Month, while many of us wear our rainbow flags and celebrate what it means to be LGBTQIA+ or an ally to the movement, we can’t forget that the fight for true reproductive freedom must include the freedom to live our lives and support ourselves and our families free from discrimination.

That’s why we’re calling on the Senate to pass the Equality Act — crucial federal legislation that would guarantee LGBTQIA+ people comprehensive, nationwide protections against discrimination. Urge your senator to take action now and help ensure that freedom is for every body! [[link removed]]

Even though the Supreme Court affirmed last year that Title VII of the Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity in employment with their decision in Bostock v. Clayton County , the patchwork nature of state nondiscrimination laws leaves millions of people open to discrimination in other key areas of life like education, housing, credit, public spaces and services, healthcare, and jury service.

The Equality Act has already passed the House, now we need the Senate to do its job by protecting the millions of people who need this critical bill's protections. Urge your senator to support protections for LGBTQIA+ people and help pass the Equality Act. >>> [[link removed]]
