Senate Unlikely to Pass Voting Reform Bill, But Fight is NOT Over
On Sunday another nail was put in the coffin of S.1, the For the People Act or as Republicans like to call it the Corrupt Politicians Act. The ultra-partisan bill was unlikely to ever garner enough Republican support to reach the sixty-vote threshold needed to pass the bill and now Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) stated he would not support the bill.

The momentum to pass S. 1, the For the People Act, aka the Corrupt Politicians Act, is slowing down. Senator Joe Manchin recently came out against the bill, so it's highly unlikely Dems will be able to get the bill to the President's desk. But, the fight isn't over in ensuring our election laws are not federalized! Tune in for more!
