It’s official: After spending months currying favor with Donald Trump’s far-right base, Jack Ciattarelli is the Republican nominee for Governor in New Jersey.

Ciattarelli made it clear that this is still Donald Trump’s Republican party. He’s pushing extreme right-wing priorities, like rolling back reproductive rights, opposing gun safety regulations, and giving a platform to dangerous conspiracy theories.

We have made so much progress under Gov. Murphy’s leadership, and we’re not going back, team.

So with the general election officially underway, we’re setting a goal of raising $15,000 online for the New Jersey Democratic Party by the end of the week to show the strength of this grassroots campaign, and to keep moving New Jersey forward.
