You’ve probably heard one of these conspiracies by now: The COVID-19 vaccine is a ploy by Bill Gates to implant microchips in all of us, Joe Biden lost the presidential election, and the COVID-19 swab test is actually a slick maneuver to stick a tracking device up your nose.

To be clear: These are lies, and they are dangerous.
