Growing up on a small farm in New Mexico, I never expected to run for Senate.

My dad was a union ironworker and my mom retired from our public schools. My family didn’t have much, but we had each other.

We won this race last year with the support of people like you — and the belief that a kid from Nambé could achieve the American dream.
