Dear John,

Temps have finally cooled, and the campaign is heating up.  It was another busy month on the trail, meeting with and hearing from voters across the 6th District.

My good friend Cobb County Commissioner Bob Ott joined me for the fun at the annual East Cobber Parade.  It was a beautiful morning, and families lined the streets.  And, of course, candy was the main attraction for the young parade goers!

Rep. Doug Collins, the ranking Republican on the House Judiciary Committee, was the headliner for an awesome event in Alpharetta.  Doug and his fellow Republican committee members are on the frontline fighting the investigation-obsessed Democrats.  I am so honored to have Doug’s support, along with others in our GOP delegation, former Speaker Newt Gingrich, GOP House leadership, and so many local elected officials.

A special shout-out to Colt Chambers and Jade Morey and all of the Georgia Young Republicans for their leadership in hosting the recent Women’s Leadership Conference.  It was a day-long, candid conversation among a diverse group of Republicans about the challenges and tremendous opportunities for women in elected office or thinking of running for office.

1,684.  That’s the number of supporters, the vast majority of whom are right here in Georgia, who have graciously and generously contributed to my campaign.  Together, we’re amassing the resources and organizing the ground game to win in 2020.  My third quarter fundraising was strong, but I have to keep it going in order to take on Lucy McBath and all of her Hollywood dollars and money from outside groups.
