By now, you’ve probably heard about Project Texas -- our plan to get every Texas Democrat registered to vote between now and the October 2022 registration deadline. As a longtime organizer, I’m so excited to be jumping back into what this movement does best: mobilizing for a better Texas.

I’ll be honest, Friend -- our goal is pretty ambitious. There are 2 million Texans who are eligible to vote and likely to vote for Democrats, but aren’t registered. We want to register all of them -- and it’s gonna have to be all hands on deck.

In the next year and a half, we’re going to need thousands of Texans to help register voters in their communities. And Friend, we want you to be one of them! It’s simple: just sign up for a one-hour training, and you can get certified as a volunteer deputy registrar -- which is the first step to being able to directly help folks in your community get registered.
