John –
Today we’re celebrating our fifth annual Reproductive Justice Day for Immigrant Justice – a day where we acknowledge that real abortion justice cannot be achieved without immigrant justice.
For decades, anti-abortion politicans have been working hard to deny abortion coverage for those struggling to make ends meet. These policies that uphold systemic racism, xenophobia and economic insecurity multiply existing barriers to abortion care for immigrants, including essential workers. As the U.S. Senate continues to shape the next infrastructure packages, we’re urging them to include measures that will protect essential workers from deportation and ensure that they have access to health care, including abortion. John , can you send a message to your U.S. Senators and urge them to protect essential workers? [[link removed]]
PROTECT ESSENTIAL WORKERS [[link removed]]Everyone should be able to plan if and when to have children and access to health care, including abortion access, should never depend on immigration status. We need policies that allow everyone to live and work with dignity and respect. Send a message to your U.S. Senators and urge them to protect essential workers from deportation and ensure they have access to health care, including abortion. [[link removed]]
Thanks for all you do,
