Patriot,
We've been here before.

After much hype and fervent opposition, the
media has declared the Legalized Election Theft bill, H.R. 1/S.
1, to be dead.

I don't know about you, but I am not fooled.

Think back to the early days of Campaign for
Liberty and the fight against "Obamacare."

We were all assured by then-Rep. Dennis
Kucinich (D-OH) that he was a "NO" vote, and the bill was, in
effect, dead.

Obamacare was seen as a disaster in the
making, and opponents started to feel confident they had won . .
. but then something changed on May 17th of 2010 after Kucinich
took a trip with President Obama on Air Force One. According to
the Huffington Post:

After an intense White House lobbying effort,
Dennis Kucinich announced on Wednesday morning that he has
decided to vote for health care reform when it comes before the
House in the next few days, reversing his previous position and
giving a boost to President Obama, congressional leaders and the
reform effort.

"In the past week it's become clear that the
vote on the final health bill will be very close," Kucinich said
at a Capitol Hill news conference. "I take this vote with the
utmost seriousness. I'm quite aware of the historic fight, which
has lasted the last century.

"I have doubts about the bill. This is not
the bill I wanted to support," Kucinich said even as he promised
that he would vote "yes" on the proposal.

Now we have Senator Joe Manchin (D-WV) who
has been a staunch hold out on the most far-left bills (which is
nearly all of them) being rammed through Speaker Pelosi's (D-CA)
House and piling up in the Senate.

While it's been very encouraging that Manchin
and Senator Kyrsten Sinema (D-AZ) have both been willing to stand
in opposition to their own party in the push to get rid of the
Senate filibuster rule, it would be very unwise to sit back and
relax.

The Legalized Election Theft bill would be
very damaging to this country's elections if passed, but I
suspect it will only have a shot to pass the 60-vote threshold in
the Senate. . . if the filibuster rule is dismantled.

Patriot, we cannot let that happen. It would
open the door for the entire radical leftist agenda of President
Biden and Speaker Pelosi to pass the Senate with Vice President
Kamala Harris's tiebreaking vote.

If the filibuster falls, 2021 could end up
being the year this Republic truly goes over the cliff.

Just four short years ago, 61 senators
(including current Vice President Kamala Harris) signed a letter
to Senate leaders Mitch McConnell and Chuck Schumer, opposing the
elimination of the filibuster, so to change their minds now just
because it suits the current political agenda of the Biden
Administration should not be tolerated!

Call your senators at once to demand they
leave the filibuster rule untouched. Capitol switchboard - (202)
224-3121!

I would urge you to then please consider
pitching in $35, $50, or even $150, to give Campaign for Liberty
the resources we need to stop this brazen attempt to steal our
Republic!

There is so much at stake if the filibuster
falls.

In fact, I wouldn't be surprised to see the
pressure to pass H.R. 1/S. 1 become so intense that even Manchin
and Sinema eventually fold to Majority Leader Chuck Schumer's
(D-NY) desire bring in one party rule with S. 1.

But it gets even worse than how elections are
conducted.

S.1 is also about controlling speech, which
is a new obsession of the left, bolstered by the tech giants like
Facebook, Twitter and YouTube, who are constantly taking down
right-of-center content for "thought crimes."

With S. 1, if the tech giants don't shut you
down for political "wrong think," the FEC will certainly do it,
as they'll be granted broad new powers to police online speech
about candidates for office and even current elected officials!

So why is the left fighting so hard to
nationalize elections?

The 2020 election has certainly brought
questionable election processes to the forefront, as the election
audit continues in Arizona with multiple other states now lining
up to conduct similar audits.

Schumer wants this bill done NOW, even if
it's loaded up with horrible and unworkable ideas, but he and his
leftist buddies in the Senate know they will struggle to get a
simple majority on S.1.

Under current conditions it will be a tough
sell when it's very likely McConnell will fight tooth and nail
to stop this bill based on his public statements.

That could actually open the door for the
worst-case scenario where all the pressure then goes to killing
the Senate filibuster in the name of "getting things done," and
I'm afraid Manchin and Sinema may lose their will to hold it off
anymore.

You and I must drum up more opposition, so I
am urging you to call both your senators at once and demand they
save the Senate filibuster rule:

U.S. Capitol Switchboard - (202) 224-2131!

2021 has proven to be a very dangerous time
in the fight for liberty. Our actions have made a difference, but
if we don't continue to hold the line, all could be lost.
