Dear John,
President Kennedy once said: “Genuine peace must be the product of many nations, the sum of many acts. It must be dynamic, not static, changing to meet the challenge of each new generation. For peace is a process — a way of solving problems.” This is precisely the work we strive to do everyday as advocates of peace and diplomacy with Iran.
In that spirit, you can join me Saturday, June 12th at 2:00 pm ET, for a discussion on the international peace movement. From nuclear weapons abolitionists in Japan, to Belgians working to reduce military spending and address climate change, and Iranian Americans working to build a just society and prevent conflict between the U.S. and Iran, we have allies and partners around the world.
