The pandemic is far from over, but hopeful signs abound in the U.S. As vaccination rates rise and caseloads fall, it’s crucial that we don’t simply move on from the tragedies of the past year.

Our latest video lays out seven lessons we must learn from this pandemic.

We must resist the urge to go back to normal.

We have a once in a generation chance to overhaul our rigged system and chart a new path forward — one in which workers are paid a living wage, health care is a human right, conspiracy theories don’t threaten our social fabric, a few billionaires at the top don’t hoard inordinate amounts of wealth, and our government works for the people to actually help people.

A better world is possible. Let’s seize this moment and build it together.
