Dear Fellow Idahoans:

Just popping into your inbox briefly to share about an amazing event this weekend for youth (ages 12+) and adults!

This week, the Northwest Liberty Academy ([link removed]) is hosting its annual Liberty Symposium ([link removed]) on June 11, 12, and 13 at Boise Bible College. Open to ages 12 and up, this event seeks to educate – or remind – individuals about the principles essential to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

Some of the activities and topics on the agenda at this year’s Symposium include the civilization game: from Socialism to Capitalism, the need for civil discourse, critical race theory, social justice, and the myths and facts of COVID-19. This year’s speakers include Lt. Governor Janice McGeachin, Congressman Russ Fulcher, Howard Beatty ([link removed]) of the Foundation for Economic Freedom ([link removed]) , Reality Check’s Ben Swann, Idaho Senator Christy Zito, Idaho Representatives Ron Nate, and Priscilla Giddings, and many more discussing the principles of a free society and free enterprise.

Registration for the 2021 NW Liberty Symposium after June 7th (last-minute tuition fee) is $350; however, NW Liberty has announced that no student is turned away, based on lack of funds. Thus, its scholarship program is designed to provide the opportunity for partial or full scholarships to students who are earnestly interested in learning these important principles.
