Friend,
More than 4,000 supporters have helped EWG take action on glyphosate by completing our survey. But I don’t see your response. Do you have two minutes to share your thoughts?
Bayer-Monsanto is working to undermine Mexico’s glyphosate ban while also committing $9.6 billion to settle more than 125,000 cases from cancer victims and their families. Insane!
Thanks for your feedback, friend.

Subject: Updates re: glyphosate ban
Friend – Bayer-Monsanto just won BIG in Mexico. Late last year, Mexico announced a historic plan to BAN cancer-linked glyphosate, but now a judge has exempted Bayer-Monsanto’s glyphosate permits from the ban. Earlier this year, government emails revealed that Bayer-Monsanto and a pesticide industry lobbying group had been working closely with U.S. officials to pressure Mexico into dropping the glyphosate ban. Back in 2019, Bayer-Monsanto was able to stop a proposed glyphosate ban in Thailand using similar tactics. This is unacceptable! Scientists have warned of glyphosate’s links to cancer for years, but Bayer-Monsanto has continued to put its profit over public health. It’s time to stop Bayer-Monsanto’s back room dealings and stand up for our health. Will you join us? |
