The insurrection that happened on January 6th was, in fact, treason.

Former President Donald Trump incited that insurrection and attempted to overthrow the results of our democratically-held election.

I’m not afraid to say that because it’s the truth.

And Republicans in Washington don’t want to have a January 6th Commission because it will always come back to that.

We cannot keep tiptoeing around what is really going on here. Our democracy is on the line, and we can’t let the truth be swept under the rug.
