President Biden knows we must prioritize sustainable transportation, rural broadband, and clean energy. He knows we need a rural policy that keeps farmers and ranchers on their land and helps to create more jobs while building a green rural economy and he knows we need cars with a vastly smaller carbon footprint.

He also knows we must expand our understanding of infrastructure to include critical services like health care, early childhood education, and public schools, which are critical to the sustaining of thriving communities. But he can’t do it alone.
