	1—5 HOURS Help Nonprofit with Late Tax Filing Democracy Policy Network A startup nonprofit needs legal advice surrounding late 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(4) tax filings. This is a remote opportunity, and lawyers barred in any state are welcome to volunteer.
	1—5 HOURS TIME SENSITIVE: Counsel Nonprofit on Tax Law Code for America Time sensitive! A nonprofit is seeking legal advice to connect low-income Americans with tax help to take advantage of the Earned Income Tax Credit and/or Child Tax Credit. This is a remote opportunity, and lawyers barred in any state are welcome to volunteer.
	11—20 HOURS Help Startup Nonprofit Secure 501(c)(3) Status Alliance Against Seclusion and Restraint An organization dedicated to eliminating the use of restraint and seclusion in schools needs help applying for nonprofit status. This is a remote opportunity, and lawyers barred in any state are welcome to volunteer.
