WHY CARE?
The CARE Awards commend companies using outstanding culture and employee engagement strategies to create the best places to work across the DC Metro Region. This past year employers have faced new challenges as they determined how to pivot business operations during a pandemic; support employees dealing with competing professional and personal duties; and confront issues of equity, diversity, and inclusion more intentionally within the workplace.
The 2021 CARE Awards will celebrate the resilience of our business community, and will highlight those exceptional companies that holistically support the wellbeing of their employees and the broader community.
THE PROCESS
