AFSC is chairing the Advocacy Network for Africa’s COVID-19 response group – promoting international cooperation and economic policies to help low and middle-income countries mass produce and distribute vaccines where they are needed most.

In New Orleans, we worked with partners to provide food, funding, and protective equipment to people throughout the pandemic, including seniors and caretakers.

At the U.S.-Mexico border, where thousands of migrants are still being expelled to Mexico under a Trump-era order called Title 42, AFSC is organizing tirelessly to tell our leaders that this is not a solution, and that families should be able to seek asylum without risking their lives.
