Automatic voter registration is a huge step in the right direction. By cutting out the extra step, we encourage more people to vote and remove unnecessary barriers to the democratic process.

John, did you see the op-ed we sent around earlier this week on Automatic Voter Registration?
We think it’s a pretty great idea – and former DASS Chair Senator Alex Padilla agrees. But we want to hear from you and see how many of our supporters believe in AVR.
Remember: it means no more updating your voter registration, more accurate voting rolls, and less hassle for everyone.
