People have been speculating for a while now, and as of this morning – NBC News is even running stories on it:

When we say "Retire Rubio," we mean sit him at home. Perhaps he can take up internet poker, delve deeper into his Bible study, or start crocheting. Maybe let him wander around town for an excursion to go mini-golfing, perhaps if he's feeling bold he can go watch the Gators play.
