Folks — Essential workers and hourly wage employees deserve better. 

Over the last year, hourly employees have continued to keep this nation running through a pandemic. That work has not been easy, and it’s time we gave hourly workers the wages they deserve.

Low wages are bad for small businesses, bad for families, and bad for our economy. Raising wages boosts worker productivity and reduces economic anxiety — benefiting physical and mental health. Small businesses benefit from quality service to their customers, lowering staff turnover, and increasing their customer base; which all result in more money for the small business.
