Since more women have stepped up to run for office, we’re seeing policies shift in every facet of our communities thanks to their leadership.

More and more policies are introduced to support families with children — from being able to use campaign funds to pay for child care to policies that make paid leave the norm, not the exception. It’s happening at every level of government, in every town, state, and legislative body because we’re electing more women to office. In fact, the Biden-Harris Administration is working on an infrastructure plan right now that would fund child care facilities.

So here’s our question: Do you believe child care should be a part of our country’s infrastructure?

The pandemic has affected every industry, and 1 in 4 child care facilities were still closed as of December. This collapse has resulted in mothers disproportionality forced to leave the workforce and has long-lasting implications.
