The People's Party relies on its common sense policies rather than picking apart the opposition. It's not necessary to divide each other by pointing out the failures. What we need are solutions. To showcase, I'll explain one of our common sense policies on immigration. We want to invite skilled, hardworking foreigners into our country on the basis of what our social safety nets and housing/job markets can accommodate. Home affordability and employment are being negatively affected because of Canada's current open borders policy. A responsible, controlled approach to immigration that allows our infrastructure to catch up to the demand is required. It will be beneficial not only for those who live here, but will also provide a clear, legal path for those who desire to call Canada home.
