Abortion by mail.

As absurd as it sounds, while the nation reopens from a crippling pandemic, the Biden Administration is still USING COVID-19 to expand abortion.

President Biden reversed a rule that requires medicated abortions and abortion pills be administered under the supervision of a doctor. Now they can be mailed out with no medical supervision whatsoever – conscripting the U.S. Postal Service into the abortion industry.

This clearly poses a danger to unborn babies, but also jeopardizes the health and safety of countless women under the guise of COVID rules.

To use COVID-19 to expand abortion is despicable.

At the ACLJ, we are aggressively fighting to defeat the radical Left's exploitation of this virus to push their abortion agenda. We submitted formal public comments directly to the FDA and HHS to expose and combat this duplicitous attempt to expand abortion in a moment of national crisis.

TODAY we are filing a critical records demand to HHS and the FDA; and if they don't comply, we'll take the Biden Administration to court.
