We'll be honest, friend: We weren’t expecting the mudslinging to start this early. But already, the Republican Governors Association (RGA) has launched nasty attacks against Governor Gretchen Whitmer, distorting her record and misleading voters.

This is one of the very first RGA attack ads of the 2022 election cycle and it’s targeting Michigan. That should tell you all you need to know about what governorships national Republicans think they can flip.

But that’s alright. Because if we’re in this together, we’re going to have Governor Whitmer's back and keep Michigan blue no matter what.

Will you rush a donation — of any amount — to help us defend Governor Whitmer from these baseless attacks?

If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:

The thing is, folks, Republicans don't care what's true and what's not.

All that matters to them is keeping their grip on power and squashing Governor Whitmer's progress on the issues that matter to all of us, like expanding affordable health care, creating good-paying jobs, and fixing the damn roads.

It's up to us to set the record straight. Can we count on you to step up and make sure these attacks and lies don't go unanswered?

Thank you,

Michigan Dems
