No matter who you love or how you identify, you deserve to be treated with respect and dignity -- period.

This Pride Month, we celebrate how far we’ve come and remember how far we have to go in order to make our nation’s promise of equality a reality for all. I'm proud to have voted to advance the rights of every person in America by passing the Equality Act to prohibit discrimination on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, or gender identity.

It’s far past time for us to send the Equality Act out of Congress and on to President Biden’s desk. I need 5,000 signers to join me in calling on the Senate to pass this critical anti-discrimination legislation immediately!

The LGBTQ+ community has been on the frontlines of the fight for equality throughout our nation’s history.

They’ve shown that by speaking up and participating in our democracy, we can make the kind of change we need.
