In June 2019, NIAC launched our very first Iranian-American Pride campaign, celebrating the diverse voices and stories in our community. Last year, we took this to a whole new level and launched IAPride.com [[link removed]] . And thanks to supporters like you, we've been able to organize events, highlight unique perspectives, and better advocate for LGBTQ+ Iranian Americans.
And this year, John , we’ve got even bigger plans.

The history of the Iranian-American LGBTQ+ community is rich and complex. But too often, their stories are left out of the narrative. That’s why this month, we’ll be ramping up our work to spotlight LGBTQ+ voices in the Iranian community on IAPride.com [[link removed]] .
But to continue building the platforms to amplify stories from and support LGBTQ+ members of our community, run digital campaigns to spread the word, and host community events like our June 17th Pride-themed Open Mic [[link removed]] , we need help from supporters like you, John.
