On the last day of the legislative session, Texas Democrats walked out of the Texas House to break quorum and stop a vote on critical election security reforms (SB 7). Governor Abbott has stated he plans to strip the legislature of their pay <[link removed]> for failing to show up and work for the people of Texas.

All hope is not lost – there is still a very real and clear path to victory in Texas. The Governor has the authority to call a special legislative session to pass legislation.

We cannot delay the security of Texas’ elections. A special legislative session is needed as soon as possible. <[link removed]>

State Sponsored Racism
Critical Race Theory is little more than state sponsored racism that aims to end the American experiment and replace it with marxism. It’s a dangerous curriculum that is sweeping through elementary schools, universities, and even our military training.

We released a NEW critical race theory toolkit <[link removed]> on our website to provide activists with the resources they need to reject CRT at a federal and local level:


- Submit a FOIA request to be given access to the debate and decision making process of your elected officials. If requested, the government is required to hand over the records via “Open records laws’ and “Sunshine laws.” Learn more about how to submit an open records request in your state here <[link removed]>.
- Call your Federal Legislators and ask them to support Congressman Chip Roy’s bill, the "Combatting Racist Teaching in Schools Act" <[link removed]> (H.R. 3163) and Congressman Dan Bishop’s bill, the “Combatting Racist Training in the Military Act of 2021” <[link removed]> (H.R. 3124).

- Biden Border Crisis––Over 30 members of the House Border Security Caucus sent a letter <[link removed]> to Sen. Schumer and Sen. McConnell urging them to reject Biden’s DHS picks, saying they will not help end the crisis at the border. And it is a crisis.




- “American Families Plan”––Biden came out with his “American Families Plan” which really does nothing to help American families. The plan actively discourages work and gives government handouts to the rich. Read the Heritage Foundation’s article <[link removed]> on why lawmakers should reject this effort to increase government control over our economy.

The Corrupt Politicians Act–– <[link removed]>Schumer has indicated that he plans to hold a vote in the senate on H.R.1/S.1 sometime in June. Timetables can always shift, but this is a real threat. Make sure to contact your federal legislators and tell them to vote “NO” <[link removed]> on this partisan power grab. Democrats want to pass this bill to federalize election laws and rig the election rules in their favor.


Democrats want to eliminate Voter ID, allow violent felons to vote, mandate ballot harvesting, and gain one-party control over the currently bipartisan Federal Elections Commission.
